I had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and their facilities were fantastic, including a spacious parking lot. Everything was always clean and well-organized. Additionally, the location provided a breathtaking view, making it a great place to relax. Also, breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone's dietary needs.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel had a nice view and a warm atmosphere, with clean rooms and bathrooms. the staff was helpful and the breakfast was good, with a variety of options. There were facilities available such as parking and live music in the restaurant.
Checking in early seemed to be a problem and the hotel could have clearer communication.

The views were amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. The live music in the restaurant added to the relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were clean throughout the whole stay, including the room.
The noise level was high, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Great New Year experience with stunning views and good food. the staff was friendly and there were plenty of activities to do. the room was comfortable and warm, with a clean shower. the breakfast was good with lots of fresh food, fruits, cereals, and pastries. There was also good live music in the restaurant.
The food could have been better in terms of taste and quality. there was some confusion during check-in about early check-in times, and noise could be heard until late at night and early in the morning.
